I have some storylines which I think befitting the franchise. I will explain them as follows,

Story One:
Bart is signs up to enter a boys biking race, but he cannot use his own bike because it needs a major overhaul. Besides that, the rest of his family is too busy to train him. Homer is away at Moe’s, Marge has too much housework, Lisa is studying for a test, and Grandpa, who is personally against the use of bicycles, refuses. Ned Flanders offers to train Bart because it turns out that he was champion in school bike races during his childhood. Ned then starts training Bart and lends him his newly restored childhood bike. Ned trains Bart so well that he starts to worship him like a father. Homer is upset at this and decides to root for Bart in the race in order to win back his appreciation. Meanwhile, Martin and Milhouse are put in charge of the school newspaper and start looking for news. Soon, in the hallway, they spot Lisa giving two of her girl classmates kisses on the cheeks and saying words of affection. They then start a front page scandal stating that she is a bisexual. Lisa discovers the proofs the next day; she confronts the boys, forces them to remove their story from the papers and has them promise not to write any more sensationalized stories.

Story Two:
Maggie sees Bart and Lisa fighting every day and starts to wish that she were old enough to speak to them herself and make them get along, she also wishes that she could also try to make her parents get along better as well. That night, she looks at a comic book adaption of the Tom Hanks movie "Big" and begins dream. In her dream, she instantly grows into a six year old who speaks clearly. The other family members do not recognize her, but Bart is lead to believe Lisa made a clone of herself. Maggie gradually makes her siblings realize who she is and proceeds to teach them and others get along better before she finally comes out of her dream.

Story Three:
One of the bullies punches Bart hard in the neck at recess. The punch causes his larynx to swell and cut off his breathing. He is rushed to the hospital where he goes through a tracheotomy, the surgery is successful and Dr. Hibbert assures his parents that once his throat is fully healed, his voice will come back as good as ever, but it will take at least month. While recovering, Bart has to wear a neck cast and to communicate he resorts to writing his things to say with a pen and clipboard. Lisa nurses him most often and using his writing method, he makes confessions to her. He writes that he is deeply ashamed of being an underachiever and that he has always worshiped his sister. He also admits that lately he has grown to like the sound of her saxophone, and it makes him want to become as musical as her and to learn what it is like to be in her shoes. Amazed that her brother really means what he wrote, she agrees and teaches him to be a professional saxophonist, actually study and do his homework and become smarter. She specially lends him the old alto sax that the late Bleeding Gums Murphy left to her. Bart proves successful at playing it, and is even given the musical nickname "Wheezy". When Bart fully recovers, he soon starts pulling pranks again, which immediately breaks Lisa's heart. Bart later realizes it and decides to make an apology, so he writes and sings a song for her as his thanks. Deeply touched, Lisa forgives him and then they sing and play jazz music together.

Story Four:
In this plot Simpsons discover that they have the famous Parker Brothers board game clue in their attic. They are interested and decide to play it. As they play they fantasize that they are the characters they play as: Homer as Mr. Green, Bart as Prof. Plum, Marge as Mrs. Peacock, Lisa as Miss Scarlet, Maggie as Mrs. White, with Grampa as Colonel Mustard and Mr. Burns as Mr. Boddy, as they play all of the Springfieldians who pass by stop at their window wondering why they are so focused on a board game all day. I liked the original Simpsons Clue game and sometimes wished it could be further adapted.
